Does private insurance cover my treatment?

Your credit card will be charged by REHABITAT after your treatment and you will receive an email with your receipt, and your Physiotherapist's Ontario College registration number, which you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  

How can I book my first assessment?

Please email, and our staff will contact you to obtain the necessary information to input you into our Electronic Medical Records system and to properly match you with the most appropriate Physiotherapist to meet your unique needs.  

What kind of payment do you accept?

When you book your treatment, your credit card will be entered into our secure, online system.  We utilize Payfirma, a secure third party payment company, to process the transaction.  

Do you have online intake forms?

When you contact us and provide the necessary information for us to add you to our electronic medical record system, you will receive a link to fill out our tailored  medical history and intake forms.  If you don't have email, don't worry.  Our therapists can help you fill that out in your initial assessment session.  

How quickly can I expect service from the time of request?

Our Physiotherapists are placed with clients based on REHABITAT matching the perfect therapist with relevant skills and experience relating to your particular diagnosis and the specialization required.  As we don't place on a 'first-come-first-serve' basis, our service mandate is to provide the most appropriately matched therapist within 48-72 hours.  

How is my therapist assigned to me?

REHABITAT will assign clients to the Physiotherapist most suitable for the diagnosis, particularly in the case of a complex diagnosis.  Scheduling is based on patient-therapist availability and diagnosis-area of specialization.  Our therapists are our greatest asset, and each possess experience and strengths in different areas of the profession, and are assigned to clients in alignment with those skills.
